• 5:25 a.m. Saturday - Cesar Lara-Acosta, 24, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, lot 42, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $500.
• 9:55 a.m. Monday - Raymond Eugene Stevens Jr., 59, of 204 E. North St., Larwill, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 10:30 a.m. Monday - Justin Riley West, 35, of 680 N. CR 850W, #92, Pierceton, arrested for felony failure to appear and two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:55 p.m. Monday - Rushell Marie Defries, 34, of 5383 W. CR 400N, Warsaw, arrested for drug court violation. No bond set.
• 2:54 p.m. Monday - Nyoka Joann Sexton, 33, of 504 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for a drug court violation. No bond set.
• 10:29 a.m. Tuesday - Hannah Marie Skiles, 28, Rochester, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 8:04 a.m. Monday - Intersection of North CR 350W and U.S. 30, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Bailey M. Goon, 16, West CR 500N, Warsaw; Matthew P. Lawrence, 44, Lake Charles, La. Injury: Lawrence complained of neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:13 a.m. Monday - Theft of a firearm was reported in the 11800 block of North Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. KCSO.
• 8:03 a.m. Monday - A natural death was investigated in the 1300 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 9:28 a.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 100 block of East U.S. 30, Pierceton. KCSO.
• 11:22 a.m. Monday - A death investigation was opened in the 5100 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10 a.m. Tuesday - Phones were reported found in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
