• 12:39 a.m. Tuesday - James Daniel Sears, 46, Fort Wayne, arrested on two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:08 p.m. Tuesday - Vincent Michael Carnegie, 33, of 4961 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested on two charges of felony probation violation. Bond: $15,250.
• 8:57 p.m. Tuesday - Kylie R. Baugher, 19, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #132, Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 2 a.m. Wednesday - Angel Christina Carpenter, 41, of 130 E. Baker St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:38 a.m. Wednesday - James Robert Carpenter, 35, of 11531 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, #2, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:17 a.m. Wednesday - Chad Joseph Hartsell, 41, Bremen, arrested for intimidation threat of forcible felony. Bond: $6,000.
• 11:30 a.m. Wednesday - Anthony Stephen Runnels, 40, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:37 a.m. Wednesday - Josiah James Shively, 37, of 201 S. Church St., Claypool, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,000.

• 12:53 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 2200 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:49 a.m. Wednesday - A bicycle was reported found in the 100 block of North Ind. 13, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
