• 4:01 p.m. Sunday - Lee Charles Shelton, 65, Indianapolis, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $15,500.
• 8:48 p.m. Monday - Forrest E. Boesenberg, 41, of 604 W. Polywood Way, Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $10,000.
• 12:10 a.m. Tuesday - Callie Chase Wynn, 27, of 918 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.
• 3:45 p.m. Tuesday - Denis Noel Meletiche-Santiago, 28, of 11708 S. Ind. 13, Claypool, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5 p.m. Tuesday - Elizabeth Marie Goodrich, 28, Goshen, arrested for felony battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $10,000.
• 8:31 p.m. Tuesday - Isabelle Dawn Basham, 18, of 608 S. Jefferson St., Silver Lake, arrested for battery against a public safety official engaged in official business. Bond: $1,000.
• 8:04 a.m. Wednesday - Eric Lee Williams, 32, of 7403 S. Terrace Drive, Claypool, arrested for revocation of suspended sentence. No bond listed.

• 9:35 a.m. Sunday - West Ind. 14, 500 feet west of South CR 700W, Akron. Pickup hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Luis Gonzalez, 17, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Injury: Gonzalez had minor bleeding to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 11:43 p.m. Monday - Intersection of West Old U.S. 30 and North CR 650W, Warsaw. SUV went off the road and flipped over. Driver: Callie Wynn, 27, East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Injury: Wynn had an abrasion to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 5:31 a.m. Wednesday - North CR 800W, 750 feet south of West CR 640N, Etna Green. Car hit deer. Driver: Edgar R. Vazquez, 32, Tuscany Crossing, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
