• 1:13 a.m. Tuesday - Britney Lee Riley, 36, of 804 N. Jefferson St., lot 26, Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 3:37 a.m. Tuesday - Carlos K. Lopez Hernandez, 32, of 5219 E. CR 500N, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
