• 9:34 p.m. Wednesday - Alan Cervantes, 24, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #80, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more with a prior. Bond: $10,000.
• 3:36 a.m. Thursday - Riley Joseph Culp, 29, of 2020 Deer Trail, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and interfering in the reporting of a crime. Bond: $10,000.
• 6:58 a.m. Thursday - Christopher Mark Moffett, 37, of 401 N. Franklin St., Mentone, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $500.
• 10:11 a.m. Thursday - Abigail Leticia Signorelli, 34, of 115 EMS T17A Lane, Leesburg, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $20,000.
• 1:29 p.m. Thursday - Timothy S. Jayne, 36, of 401 N. Neer Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 3 p.m. Thursday - William Alexander Kollman, 38, of 6756 S. Ind. 19, Mentone, arrested for knowingly/intentionally possessing child pornography and public voyeurism - camera. Bond: $35,500.
• 9:29 p.m. Thursday - Meghann Nichelle Hickman, 37, of 111 W. Section St., #5, Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 1:13 a.m. Friday - Chelsea Nicole Goulet, 30, of 9910 N. Avenue Fourth of July, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 1:49 a.m. Friday - Nicholas Scott Askins, 39, of 44 EMS B51 Lane, Warsaw, arrested on a bench warrant. Bond: $1,000.
• 7:16 a.m. Friday - Tyler Craig Harkins, 36, of 185 Petro Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $1,000.

Schneider, 57, Columbia City; Omar Cacahua Mendez, 34, East Columbia Street, Pierceton. Injury: Schneider complained of head pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. • 9:55 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 19 and West CR 1000S, Akron. Car left roadway and came to rest on its top. Driver: Justin Garcia, 17, South Cherry Street, Akron. Injury: Garcia complained of pain to the entire body; passengers Jessie Y. Garcia, 11, South Cherry Street, Akron, complained of pain to the entire body; Dulce Garcia, 17, South Cherry Street, Akron, complained of head pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

Grant, 45, EMS C29 Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Grant had a fracture/dislocation to the elbow/lower arm; passenger in Grant’s vehicle, Ashley S.
