n 11:58 a.m. Friday - Dustin Edward Pruitt, 20, of 608 E. Market St., Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
n 3:21 p.m. Friday - Carlos Heracleo Alvarez, 29, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear and for being an undocumented immigrant. No bond set.
n 7:47 p.m. Friday - Andres O. Cervantes, 34, of 314 N. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

n 3 p.m. Friday - Intersection of U.S. 30E and CR 900E, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Terry A. Freyburger, 48, Portland, Ind. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
n 7 a.m. Friday - Intersection of U.S. 30W and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Mathew S. Boggs, 37, of 1326 N. CR 350W, Warsaw. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. KCSD.
