• 9:53 a.m. Tuesday - Katlynn L. Craft, 22, Albion, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:04 p.m. Tuesday - Alan Cervantes, 18, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #80, Warsaw, arrested for a minor in possession of alcohol and intimidation. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:44 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of South Main and West Prairie streets, Leesburg. Two-car collision. Drivers: Michael W. Kausal, 29, EMS D17 Lane, Syracuse; Omar M. Carreon, 24, Goshen. Injuries: Carreon complained of entire body pain and was treated by medics on scene. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:12 p.m. Tuesday - North CR 650E, 1,000 feet north of East CR 200N, Warsaw. Car hit utility pole owned by CenturyLink, West Center Street, Warsaw, and a tree. Driver: Susan L. Wright, 40, EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. Injuries: Wright was taken by ambulance to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne for head injuries and a fracture to her left arm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 6 a.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of West CR 1300S, Silver Lake. SUV hit deer. Driver: Kenny R. Stapleton, 54, Wabash. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 4:50 p.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 2300 block of West Sunflower Lane, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 6:02 p.m. Tuesday - A man reported his firearms were stolen in the 2500 block of Nature View Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:24 p.m. Tuesday - Police requested a warrant for the arrest of a person for operating a vehicle while intoxicated following an accident in the 2400 block of North CR 650E, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 12:32 a.m. Wednesday - A death investigation was opened in the 9500 block of East Ponderosa Drive, North Webster. KCSO.

• 1:15 a.m. Wednesday - Police requested a warrant for the arrest of a person for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 200 block of Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 2:33 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop in the 2400 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, resulted in police requesting a warrant for the arrest of a person for possession of marijuana. WPD.
