• 2:47 p.m. Monday - Doyle R. Valentine, 38, Muncie, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $2,250.
• 3:20 p.m. Monday - Frankie L. Conley III, 23, of 2035 Shell Bark Lane, Warsaw, arrested for theft. No bond set.
• 3:30 p.m. Monday - Jasmine M. Hunt, 26, of 316 S. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.
• 3:46 p.m. Monday - Tammy Jo Rothenberger, 52, of 9295 E. Sleepy Hollow Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for check deception. Bond: $56.08.
• 4:02 p.m. Monday - Ezekiel D. Fitzpatrick, 25, of 316 S. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement with a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.
