• 9:24 a.m. Tuesday - Gage M. Wood, 27, of 622 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for felony parole violation. No bond set.

• 10:15 a.m. Tuesday - Jay W. Hicks, 48, of 909 Walkers Ridge, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:26 a.m. Tuesday - Matthew J. Middaugh, 36, Plymouth, arrested for theft from a motor vehicle with a value of property at least $750. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:01 p.m. Tuesday - Brian L. Richardson, 32, of 205 W. Washington St., Syracuse, arrested for community correction violation. No bond set.

• 1:23 p.m. Tuesday - Sue A. Wallen, 61, of 324 N. Sherman St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 1:39 p.m. Tuesday - Ryan L. Deavers, 30, of 1607 Dot St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:59 p.m. Tuesday - Dustin M. Boardman, 36, of 305 Collamer Road, South Whitley, arrested for stalking violations and revocation of a suspended sentence. Bond: $26,250.

• 9 p.m. Tuesday - Jose T. Lopez, 56, of 1407 Green Hill Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:48 p.m. Tuesday - Jakaar D. Daniels, 29, of 3100 Frontage Road, #2, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $500.

• 11:18 p.m. Tuesday - Stephen L. Strain, 59, of 407 S. Indiana St., #49, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery simple assault and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $1,000.

• 12:43 a.m. Wednesday - Joshua B. Slone, 23, of 1207 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 1:12 a.m. Wednesday - Charlie McKinney, 51, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 4:41 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 15, 300 feet north of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Anna C. Forks, 23, West CR 700S, Claypool; Becky L. Ounkham, 40, East Barrington Place, Warsaw. Injuries: Forks complained of head pain but refused medical treatment. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:30 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Stephanie L. Orten, 38, CR 29, Syracuse; Katina A. Deaton, 46, East Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 8:01 p.m. Tuesday - East U.S. 30, 2,000 feet east of South CR 325E, Warsaw. SUV-semi collision. Drivers: Jamie L. Thompson, 46, Fort Wayne; Thomas L. Miller, 57, Brinkhaven, Ohio. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office and Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 5:15 p.m. Tuesday - Domestic battery was reported in the 1000 block of Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:49 p.m. Tuesday - Intimidation was reported in the 5800 block of South East Channel Road, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 9:02 p.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 100 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. KCSO.

• 9:08 p.m. Tuesday - Domestic battery was reported in the 400 block of South Indiana Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:12 p.m. Tuesday - Theft was reported in the 9600 block of Koher Road, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 12:09 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 2200 block of Kuder Lane, Warsaw, for public intoxication. WPD.
