• 12:28 p.m. Monday - Tristan M. Bailey, 37, New Carlisle, arrested for felony and misdemeanor failure to appear charges. No bond set.
• 1:38 p.m. Monday - Payton R. Isbell, 19, Laketon, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.
• 2:55 p.m. Monday - Kurt R. Carter, 32, of 12330 N. Creek Bend Land, Milford, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16, residential entry, resisting law enforcement and felony failure to appear. Bond: $6,000.
• 3:31 p.m. Monday - David A. Shadd, 32, of 208 S. James St., Milford, arrested for two felony probation violation charges and misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:23 a.m. Tuesday - Misty Dawn Warren-Siegel, 43, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #209, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear, possession of marijuana and escape. Bond: $600.

• 5:36 p.m. Monday - South CR 450W, 800 feet north of West CR 525S, Mentone. Car hit fence owned by Betty L. Lynch, South CR 450W, Claypool. Driver: Sierra P. Brown, 24, Wabash. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 5:40 p.m. Monday - North CR 500E, 300 feet south of East CR 1100N, Syracuse. Car hit deer. Driver: Jessica L. Hamilton, 24, North CR 500E, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 7:14 p.m. Monday - West U.S. 30, 2,500 feet west of North CR 350W, Warsaw. Car spun off roadway. Driver: Elizabeth A. Beatty, 20, North Etna Street, Etna Green. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 4:48 p.m. Monday - A juvenile was reported as leaving home without permission in the 2500 block of Nature View Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:21 p.m. Monday - Police received a drug complaint in the 1900 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:46 p.m. Monday - Police responded to a drug overdose in the 1200 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:56 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop in the 2100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, led to an arrest of a person for possession of marijuana and an active warrant. WPD.
