The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 9:23 a.m. Thursday - Jeremy J. Jones, 26, of 3451 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for stalking violations. Bond: $6,000.
• 2:28 p.m. Friday - Ramon A. Hart II, 27, of 104 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury and strangulation. Bond: $6,000.
• 8:36 p.m. Friday - Buddy A. Greer, 42, of 413 Ulrich Drive, Milford, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle. Bond: $750.
• 1:18 a.m. Saturday - Scott A. Shirey, 38, of 304 N. Thayer St., Bourbon, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 8:38 a.m. Saturday - Erica R. Whitehead, 27, Columbia City, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 10:45 a.m. Saturday - 306 S. Main St., North Webster. Car hit parked car registered to Jennifer J. Warner, North Harrison Street, Syracuse. Driver: Peter Hodges, 88, East Brown Road, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 4:19 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested in the 300 block of North Indiana Street, Warsaw, for active warrants and public intoxication. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
