• 11:24 a.m. Monday - Alexander G. Hurley, 19, of 2115 E. Hendricks St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.
• 8:57 p.m. Monday - Thomas A. Barton, 55, homeless, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:10 p.m. Monday - Brian C. Kirsch, 34, Park Ridge, Ill., arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

Injuries: A passenger in Charles Herr’s vehicle, Miranda R. Herr, 37, Argonne Road, Warsaw, was taken to an area hospital for complaint of neck pain. Damage: $750-$1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:40 p.m. Monday - A suicidal person was reported in the 100 block of North Indiana Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:37 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested in the 2200 block of Kuder Lane, Warsaw, for criminal trespass. WPD.
• 3:36 a.m. Tuesday - A burglary was reported at Albertson’s Sport Shop in the 3400 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. KCSO.
