The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 3:27 a.m. Sunday - Monica L. Collier, 36, Hudsonville, Mich., arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.

• 2:01 p.m. Sunday - William P. Ross, 32, of 212 S. Union St., Apt. C, Warsaw, arrested for bond revocation. Bond: $30,250.

• 4:29 p.m. Sunday - George Prater, 38, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #57, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear and manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $15,250.

• 11:35 p.m. Sunday - Cainan J. Wilson, 27, of 5762 N. Second St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16, domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury, resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:23 a.m. Monday - Rhashon K. Wells, 32, of 3206 St. Mary Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction. Bond: $5,250.

• Noon Sunday - South Ind. 25, 1,000 feet south of West CR 250S, Warsaw. SUV left roadway. Driver: Matthew D. Hume, 20, South CR 780W, Mentone. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 12:31 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of South Ind. 25 and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Alishia N. Bennett, 34, North Runkle Drive, Warsaw; Ashton H. Perkins, 28, Napoleon, Ohio. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 6:56 a.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Cody A. Cover, 34, West Ind. 25, Mentone; Magdalene J. Gormaly, 19, East Clark Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Incidents

• 12:09 a.m. Sunday - A suicidal person was reported in the 3300 block of Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:08 a.m. Monday - A driver was arrested in the 600 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction. WPD.

• 7:38 a.m. Monday - An inmate at Kosciusko County Jail in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw, was reported to have battered a KCJ staff member. KCSO.
