• 3:55 p.m. Monday - Luis H. Arizmendi, 52, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #75, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:14 p.m. Monday - Charles T. Brown, 29, of 410 E. Water St., Lot 12, Akron, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and leaving the scene of a crash causing property damage. Bond: $450.
• 12:41 a.m. Tuesday - Cheyenne P. Miller, 27, of 3100 Frontage Road, Lot 23, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.

• 10:39 p.m. Monday - Lake City Highway, 1,000 feet east of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Stephanie M. Adams, 46, West Hoppus Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 5 p.m. Monday - An employee of Ranger Materials in the 300 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw, reported $100 was stolen. WPD.
• 5:24 p.m. Monday - A man reported his mo-ped was stolen in the 600 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Value: $750. WPD.
• 6:40 p.m. Monday - An individual was arrested in the 3100 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw, for domestic battery. WPD.
• 8:01 p.m. Monday - A woman reported her car keys were stolen out of her vehicle in the 2100 block of South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Value: $50. KCSO.
• 10:33 p.m. Monday - A credit card was found in the 1000 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:08 a.m. Tuesday - A driver in the 300 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. WPD.
