• 8:31 p.m. Saturday – A woman reported she was being harassed and that her birth certificate was stolen in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:14 p.m. Sunday – A juvenile runaway was found and returned to his parents in the 400 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:37 a.m. Monday – A criminal mischief report of trash thrown all around the grounds of Harrison Elementary School, in the 1300 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw, was filed. WPD.
• 10:35 a.m. Monday – A man told police he found a saw blade stuck in his front door in the 700 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:10 p.m. Monday – Michelle R. Lucas, 46, Rochester, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
