• 11:53 a.m. Tuesday - Carmella M. Morris, 19, of 2109 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $600.
• 1:49 p.m. Tuesday - Riley M. Krajewski, 31, of 514 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:24 p.m. Tuesday - Ronnie Q. Moore, 34, Rochester, arrested for two felony failure to appear charges and one misdemeanor failure to appear charge. Bond: $5,000.
• 7:20 p.m. Tuesday - Rigoberto Ornelas, 32, of 312 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 4:07 p.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30, 50 feet west of South Circle Drive East, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Todd W. Blackburn, 52, Mary Knoll Lane, North Manchester; Christopher A. Schrader, 59, South CR 900W, Pierceton; Farentino A. Austin, 48, Indianapolis. Injuries: Austin was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, for complaint of neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:36 p.m. Tuesday - East U.S. 30, 50 feet west of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Car-semi collision. Drivers: Janis J. Omstead, 86, West CR 200S, Warsaw; Ward R. Homberger, 61, Sandusky, Ohio. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 4:21 p.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 400 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. WPD.
• 4:36 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and misdemeanor failure to appear. WPD.
