• 9:34 a.m. Tuesday - Erick E. Reyes, 23, of 301 Golden St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 11:59 a.m. Tuesday - Jaime L. J. Clark, 32, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,450.

• 12:04 p.m. Tuesday - Wesley R. Smith, 19, of 27 Pequignot Drive, Pierceton, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 2:53 p.m. Tuesday - Megan L. Shortill, 29, of 4571 E. Shady Lane, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $2,750.

• 8:02 p.m. Tuesday - Kylelaya N. Duff, 35, of 602 S. Morton St., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $2,250.

• 9:58 p.m. Tuesday - Kelsey J. Dobbs, 22, of 3762 W. Old 30, #19E, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

• 7:13 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 13, 500 feet north of East CR 400N, Pierceton. SUV hit deer. Driver: Dustin J. Wolfe, 28, North CR 825E, North Webster. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:13 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 13, 500 feet north of East CR 400N, Pierceton. Deer bounced off another vehicle onto car. Driver: Nathaniel L. Yoder, 32, West Second Street, Ligonier. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 10:37 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of South Detroit Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. SUV hit bicyclist. Driver: Steven W. Vandyke, 65, Kincaide Street, Warsaw; cyclist: Jonathan A. Hyde, 20, Collins Drive, Warsaw. Damage: Less than $750. WPD.

• 11:09 a.m. Tuesday - Police were called to Claypool Elementary School in the 2000 block of West CR 700S, Claypool, in reference to an out-of-control juvenile. KCSO.

• 1:08 p.m. Tuesday - A woman reported her granddaughter stole alcohol from her refrigerator in the 1130 block of North CR 375E, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 1:52 p.m. Tuesday - A man reported his vehicle was stolen in the 700 block of Brown Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:54 p.m. Tuesday - Police were called to Parkview Hospital in reference to an accidental shooting that occurred in the 8700 block of East Hatchery Road, Syracuse. KCSO.
