The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 9:13 a.m. Friday - Daniel James Gillum, 32, Campton, Ky., arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
n 11:36 a.m. Friday - Nicky Lee Blair, 31, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation, two counts of failure to appear and battery. Bond: $40,000.
n 3:38 p.m. Friday - William Lindly McNess, 40, of 504 E. Hitzler St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 1:37 p.m. Thursday - A Leesburg woman reported being harrassed. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
