n 5:01 p.m. Friday - Kyel Laya Duff, 23, of 702 Ross Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $10,000.
n 6:35 p.m. Friday - Zach Ryan Baugher, 18, of 41 EMS T6 A Lane, Leesburg, arrested for public intoxication and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $550.
n 6:52 p.m. Friday - Michael Lewis Heckaman, 35, of 774 Ind. 13N., North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. No bond was set.

n 8:16 p.m. Wednesday - U.S. 30E, 600 feet east of Ind. 13, Pierceton. Vehicle went into ditch. Driver: George D. Green, 51, Charlotte, N.C. Injury: Green complained of minor bleeding to the lower knee, leg and foot. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
n 6:26 p.m. Saturday - Kyle Road, 1,000 feet west of East Road, Pierceton. SUV went into ditch. Driver: Shelly A. Chivell, 18, Fort Wayne. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

n 5 p.m. May 7 - Michael L. Wogoman, Millersburg, reported stolen items from his boat. Loss: $1,100. KCSD.
