- 1:13 p.m. Wednesday - Karly Kay Wallen, 18, of 1681 Paxton Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 3:47 p.m. Wednesday - Maximo Pete Ybarra, 26, of 8078 S. Thoams Drive, Claypool, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.
- 3:47 p.m. Wednesday - David Ybarra Jr., 27, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended and intimidation with force. Bond: $5,300.
- 5:23 p.m. Wednesday - Dennis Albert Staner, 21, of 308 S. 3rd St., Pierceton, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $1,000.
- 7:52 p.m. Wednesday - Tammy Jerome Taylor, 39, of 4108 Heron Boulevard, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $2,000.
- 8:55 p.m. Wednesday - Larry Kane Kingrey, 54, of 77 Kings Highway, Winona Lake, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 11:30 p.m. Wednesday - Nicholas Allen Miller, 28, of 11708 N. Ogden Road, North Manchester, arrested for ephedrine restriction. Bond: $1,000.
