- 9:41 a.m. Tuesday – Elizabeth Marie Tharp, 18, of 3350 W. CR 350S, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $1,000.
- 12:43 p.m. Tuesday – Sondra Jo Burns, 24, of 430 W. 5th St., Rochester, arrested for a probation violation. No bond set.
- 4:15 p.m. Tuesday – Eric James Ewald, 18, of 8325 E. CR 500N, Leesburg, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $300.
- 8:02 p.m. Tuesday – Mark Anthony Miller, 35, of 2168 E. Singer Road, North Manchester, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $750.
- 10:54 p.m. Tuesday – Ronald Eugene Rodriguez, 33, of 422 W. Porter St., Warsaw, arrested for a probation violation. No bond set.
- 1:31 a.m. Wednesday – Travis Shane Kempton, 23, of 320 N. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for filing a false report. Bond: $500.

- 2:45 p.m. Monday – Intersection of CR 1350N and CR 500W, Nappanee. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Beth R. Miller, 18, of 4085 W. CR 1350N, Milford; David L. Collier, 71, of 316 E. Williams St., Milford. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 5:13 p.m. Monday – Intersection of CR 700S and Ind. 15S, Claypool. One vehicle ran off road. Driver: Nathan A. Miller, of 8492 W. CR 900S, Akron. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
- 8:30 p.m. Monday – Intersection of 2nd Trl and 1st Trl, North Webster. Vehicle went off road and struck another vehicle. Driver: Karen K. Gottschalk, 42, of 853 Lydia Drive, Warsaw, struck a vehicle registered to Tracy Prater, of 6594 N. 2nd Trl., North Webster. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
- 1:07 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15N and Gilliam Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kalyn R. Blackwell, 17, of 29 EMS C14 Lane, Warsaw; Richard Mundy, 72, of New Paris. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

- 3:33 p.m. Tuesday - A Pierceton man reported a three-point plow and a 10-foot disc had been stolen from his property in the 100 block of N. CR 1000E, Pierceton.
- Tuesday - A Syracuse woman reported her vehicle broken into, with a stun gun and a bottle of water taken, while parked in the 8600 block of E. Smith St., Syracuse.
