PUBLIC NOTICE The Troyer Group is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Zimmer Holding, Inc. Building 20 Parking Lot Renovation. The project is located at the southwest corner of Fox Farm Rd and Old US 30 in Warsaw Indiana and is approximately 8.8 acres. The purpose of the project is to remove some of the existing paved parking lot area and replace with green space and a detention pond.
