Public Notice of Construction Activity The City of Warsaw Board of Public Works and Safety (102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, IN 46580) is submitting a notice of intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities located at the following project: Buffalo Street Reconstruction Project, Section 8, T-32-N, R-6-E, Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana.
