PUBLIC NOTICE DATE COMMENTS DUE: 6/7/2008 DATE OF NOTICE: 5/8/2008 The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) has received an application for a construction permit from the INDIANA-AMERICAN WATER COMPANY - WARSAW, public water system PWSID #5243030, this project is described as the Warsaw Well #1 Replacement. The proposed determination to issue a permit is tentative. Interested persons are invited to submit written comments on the proposed permit. Deliver or mail all requests or comments to: Indiana Department of Environmental Management Office of Water Quality - Drinking Water Branch Public Water System Permit Section 100 North Senate Avenue Indianapolis, IN 46204-2251 All comments must be postmarked no later than the date above to be considered in the formulation of the final determination. The application, proposed permit and related documents, comments received and other pertinent information are on file at 2525 North Shadeland Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana.
