TO THE CITIZENS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed with the County Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana by Jeffrey Linnert and Stacey Linnert, as Trustees of the Jeffrey Linnert and Stacey Linnert Living Trust dated June 30, 2015 requesting the vacation by ordinance of a certain undeveloped roadway located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, Tippecanoe Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 16; thence North (basis of bearings established by Jeffrey and Stacey Linnerts deed Document #2018060717), 150.0 feet; thence West, 220.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 86°30' 20" West, 520.8 feet; thence North 00°00' 00" East, 3.0 feet to the Northeast corner of said Linnert property and the Point of Beginning; thence North 86°35'00" West, along the North line of said Linnert property, 101.5 feet more or less (recorded 104.2 feet) to the waters edge of a channel to James Lake; thence North 04°30' 24" West, along said waters edge, 27.3 feet more or less to the South line of Charles T. Pinnick's property described in Document #200500011435; thence South 86°35'00" East, along the South line of said Pinnick property, 103.7 feet more or less to the intersection with the Northerly extension of the east line of said Linnert property; thence South 00º00'00" West, along said Northerly extension, 27.05 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.06 acres more or less.
You are hereby notified that the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana, has set the above petition for hearing at 9:00 o'clock a.m., on August 21, 2018, at the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Any person may appear and be heard upon the petition at the time, date and place above scheduled for hearing and/or may send written comments or response to the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, prior to the above time and date set for hearing.
After hearing, the petition may be granted, denied or continued, and an ordinance may be introduced and passed according to law, providing for the vacation of said real estate.
