A new boat launch has been installed in Kiwanis Park on East Smith Street. The public launch on the channel gives boaters access to Winona Lake. According to Warsaw Parks Department superintendent Jon Garber, the new launch is 128 feet long, with 64 feet in the water. A floating courtesy pier has been installed and handicapped parking spot and sidewalk are planned for later this summer. Photo by Gary Nieter, Times-Union
