Politicians are a dime a dozen; they promise the world to get your vote, and then quickly forget their promises once elected.
Statesmen on the other hand, are worth their weight in gold. They say what they mean, do what they say, and keep their promises.
Curt Nisly, Indiana state representative for District 22, is a statesman who honors his word.
Nisly promised to fight for taxpayers. He opposed the gas tax increase, HB1002 in 2017, voted for a balanced state budget, HB1001, in 2017, and opposed expansion of the wheel tax, HB1001, in 2016.
Nisly pledged to protect the Second Amendment. He called for a House vote on constitutional carry HB1071 in 2017; he authored the Indiana Firearms Freedom Act, HB1633, in 2015, and co-sponsored the Expansion of Firearms Freedoms Act, SB433, in 2015.
Nisly promised to protect our constitutional freedoms. He co-sponsored the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, SB101, in 2015, and voted for Student Religious Expression in the Classroom, HB 1024, in 2017
Nisly said he would protect life. Nisly authored the Protection at Conception Bill, 1097, which constitutional attorneys recognized as “Genius”, noting that it was the first of its kind in the nation.
Nisly is a true Hoosier conservative. He voted against expanding Medicaid, SB165, in 2016, and opposed warrantless seizure of genetic material, SB322, in 2017.
Nisly is a defender of the constitution, a defender of life and defender of Hoosier values.
Please re-elect Curt Nisly, an Indiana statesman, a legislator who keeps his promises.
