Posted
Voter registration ends April 5 for the primary election that is May 4.

Voters must be registered or, if they have moved, update their current voter registration record by April 5, according to Ann Torpy, chief deputy clerk.

Voters can register in the clerk's office, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles or go to the Indiana Election Division's Web site to print a voter registration application and mail that application to the clerk's office.

The mail-in application must be postmarked on or before April 5 to be valid for the May 4 primary.

Absentee (early voting) begins April 5 in the Kosciusko County Clerk's Office.

Office hours are 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and noon to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The Absentee Voting Office also will be open April 24 and May 1 from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.

The last day to vote absentee in the clerk's office will be May 3 at noon.

If voters have any questions regarding absentee voting or voter registration, they can contact the clerk's office at 574-372-2332.
