LEGAL NOTICE OF PRIMARY ELECTION The Voters of Kosciusko County are notified in accordance with Indiana Code 3-8-2-19 that a primary election will be held in the county on May 4, 2010, with the polls open for voting from 6 am to 6 pm, prevailing local time.
