LEGAL NOTICE Lee A. Smith, Attorney at Law, 112 West Court Street, Suite 100, Prestonsburg, Kentucky, has been appointed Warning Order Attorney by the Floyd Circuit Court to notify the Unknown Heirs or Devisees, if any, of Press Prater, and Their Unknown Spouses, if any, of the nature and pendency of a certain lawsuit filed on or about July 12, 2010 in which The Unknown Heirs or Devisees, if any, of Press Prater, and Their Unknown Spouses, if any, was named as a Defendant. Said suit has been filed in Division Number I of the Floyd Circuit Court and is represented by Civil Action No. 10-CI-721. The basis of the suit is a Complaint to enforce a lien on certain real property. The Unknown Heirs or Devisees, if any, of Press Prater, and Their Unknown Spouses, if any, shall have fifty (50) days from the date of the Warning Order to file an Answer with the Floyd Circuit Court Clerk if he or she desires to do so. If he or she does not appear in the suit and defend it, a Judgment will be entered at the discretion of the court.
