NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF BUDGET ESTIMATES AND TAX LEVIES
Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of Prairie Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper officers of said Township at 4496 N 600 W, Warsaw, IN, on August 31, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. will conduct a pu blic hearing on the year 2010 budget. Following this meeting any ten or more taxpayers may object to a budget, tax rate, or tax levy by filing an objection petition with the proper officers of the politi cal subdivision within seven days after the hearing. The objection petition must identify the provisions of the budg et, tax rate, or tax levy that taxpayers object to. If a petition is filed, the political subdivision shall adopt with its budget a finding concerning the objections filed and testimony presented. Following the aforemention ed hearing, the Township Board will meet at 4496 N 600 W, Warsaw, IN, 46582 on September 10, 2009 at 7 :00 p.m.to adopt the following budget.
