Having now examined the Praecipe and Affidavit submitted herein in support of service on unknown persons by publication, the Court now grants the Praecipe.
Service shall be made by the Clerk of this Court by publication in a newspaper regularly published in this county, said first publication to be made immediately after receipt of the Notice of Hearing on Complaint, and for two additional times thereafter no less than seven days apart and no more than 14 days apart.
The said newspaper shall make an affidavit showing its return of the Notice by Publication promptly upon completion of the publication of the same.
