Two Oswego residents were arrested Tuesday for allegedly dealing marijuana out of their home.
Robert Eugene Musser, 28, and Heather Nadine Rutledge, 26, both of 5858 N. Second St., Leesburg, were booked into the Kosciusko County Jail Tuesday afternoon on charges of dealing marijuana.
The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force started an investigation of the home in July after it was reported that drug deals may have been taking place.
Tuesday afternoon, the task force entered the house and found four people as well as approximately 7 pounds of marijuana inside.
Musser and Rutledge were charged with dealing marijuana over 30 grams within 1,000 feet of a school, a Class C felony. Their bonds have been set at $5,000.
The other two people in the house, who were not identified, were held at the house and later released. Warrants will be issued for their involvement in the incident.
The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force encourages anyone with information regarding illegal drug activity to call them at 574-372-2494 or the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department at 574-267-5667.
