The Warsaw American Legion Auxiliary Unit 49 will hold its annual Poppy Day drive Saturday. They will be at different businesses during the day. The Auxiliary believed that U.S. veterans making their own poppies could generate much needed income for disabled and unemployed veterans who had no other means of earning money.
