NORTH MANCHESTER - Pollyanna Baker, 69, of North Manchester, died at 6:50 a.m. June 20, 2007, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

She was born Oct. 3, 1937, in Eau Claire, Wis., to Walter and Della Deardorff Davis. On Sept. 7, 1957, she married James R. Baker, who survives.

She worked at Public Service of Indiana for 25 years, retiring in 1991. She was a member of First Brethren Church, North Manchester, and Busy Mothers Home Economics Club.

Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. John (Kristi) Kozon, Syracuse, and Mrs. Todd (Kari) Speicher, North Manchester; a brother, Gordon Davis, Phoenix, Ariz.; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at DeLaughter-McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor Kurt Stout officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.

Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
