Dental hygienist Stephani Lortie of Dental Health, S. Union St., in Warsaw, explains part of the cleaning procedure to Ashley Doan. This was Ashley's first visit to the dentist, an appointment provided as part of the American Dental Association's Give Kids A Smile/National Children's Dental Access Day. The appointment was free. A dozen children were given free fillings, cleaning an fluoride treatments at Dental Health Friday, the only dentist's office in the county participating in Give Kids A Smile.
