Why is it that we have to follow the law and the Warsaw Police Department does not?
For example, the Warsaw police officer last Tuesday morning around 4:30 a.m. turning off of Winona Avenue to Lake Street, who, by the way, did not use his turn signal.
If we have to follow the rules, maybe you should, too, cause we can't give you a ticket, or fire you. Do what we have to do obey.
