Posted
A Warsaw Police Department crash report lists more details from Monday’s 5:37 p.m. three-vehicle crash at the corner of East Market and South Indiana streets.

Warsaw police responded to the collision and determined that an orange 2005 Volkswagen Beetle, driven by Diane L. Raber, 69, South Detroit Street, Warsaw, was traveling west on East Market Street and she thought her light was green. It was not green, and Raber’s vehicle collided with a dark blue 1998 Ford Expedition driven by Sasha R. Bolen, 27, West CR 250S, Warsaw.

The collision caused Bolen’s SUV to lift off of its tires and spin until it collided with a black 2016 Ford Edge, driven by Jodi M. Conley, 56, West CR 1200S, Silver Lake.

Conley was traveling south on South Indiana Street, stopped and waiting at the red light.

Bolen had been traveling north on South Indiana Street.

Raber complained of pain in her knees and chest and was checked by medics on the scene and released.

A 5-year-old passenger in Bolen’s vehicle, Alexyn Bolen, was checked by medics for nose pain and released.

Raber and Bolen’s vehicles were towed from the scene.

Police estimated damage between $25,000 to $50,000.
