Warsaw Plan Commission Monday approved a preliminary and final plat to create an additional lot to be used for a utility substation in Warsaw.
John Kimpel, of John Kimpel & Associates Inc., requested the petition be approved to create an additional lot at CR 300N and Silveus Crossing for the second phase of West Hill Development.
The original plat includes eight lots, but the proposal adds an additional lot to be used for the substation. This is a change from the initial preliminary plat approved in April 2005, according to City Planner Jeremy Skinner.
The commission also approved a final residential plat for the second section of The Paths of Deerfield at the southwest corner of CRs 75N and 175E.
A preliminary plat was approved in September 2005, and the first phase was approved in 2006, contingent on the realignment of CRs 75N and 175E.
Biggs Inc. requested a final plat to create 29 lots.
Commissioners are Tom Allen, Tammy Dalton, Jim Gast, Lacy Francis, Rick Keeven, Jeff Grose and Joe Thallemer.
