Planners Vacate 2 Streets

Posted

Two streets were vacated during the Warsaw Plan Commission meeting Monday.

The first approved petition, submitted by Steve and Shirley Rutledge, vacates Woodlawn Drive, between Hepler Drive and Rosemont Ave.

Woodlawn is a platted unimproved right of way in the Phillips Subdivision.

The second vacated plat consisted of a portion of Corridor Drive, east of CR 250E. The undeveloped street, in the U.S. 30 East Corridor Industrial Park, is being vacated to facilitate the sale of a nine-plus acre tract to LRC Products.

The board also elected Alan Clingan as secretary.

Plan commission members are Joe Thallemer, Jeff Grose, Alan Clingan, Dewey Lawshe, Lacy Francis, Richard Keeven and Jim Gast. The next meeting is March 10 at 7 p.m. in city hall.
