Planners To Review Subdivision Request

Posted

Another residential subdivision is being planned along County Farm Road and preliminary plans will be heard at the Warsaw Plan Commission meeting tonight.

Park Ridge Developers LLC, as prospective property owner, is requesting Park Ridge subdivision be approved on 68.73 acres, south of Pheasant Ridge subdivision, on the west side of County Farm Road. Currently the property is zoned R-1, residential. The land was annexed in 2000.

Sewer and water services will be extended to the sites. The housing is expected to be affordable to middle-income families.

Property owner Richard Delagrange is asking for a re-platting of lots in Oak Glen Estates 2. The subdivision is east of Oak Glen Drive and west of U.S. 30.

Two lots will be combined into one for lot 15; four smaller lots will be combined for lot 17.

Plan commission members are Alan Clingan, Lacy Francis, Jeff Grose, Richard Keeven, Tammy Dalton and Joe Thallemer.
