Petro Family LLC will appear at the Warsaw Plan Commission tonight to present a plan for construction of two retail buildings.
The Petro family planned unit development was established as an area in October 2001. Each phase of development will be reviewed by the plan commission.
The buildings will be located west of Shelden Drive, behind Petro's GM Showplace, on Ind. 15N.
The site plan shows one building will be 4,250 square feet and the other will be 16,800 square feet, divided into six spaces.
The plan commission also will hear a request by Glenn and Patricia Nichols regarding a two-lot residential subdivision, at 1225 Country Club Road.
The board will review the proposed annexation of 15 acres north of Old Road 30E and east of CR 225E. Petitioners are requesting R-1 zoning with plans for a 13-acre single-family subdivision.
The Warsaw Plan Commission meets at 7 p.m. tonight in city council chambers.
