Kosciusko County Area Plan Director Dan Richard is the featured speaker Tuesday for Taxpayers Action Network in Warsaw.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. at the meeting room of Warsaw Community Public Library. Richard will give an overview of the plan commission and will take questions afterward.
