NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Plan Commission of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on the following petition: Park Ridge Section IV, by Warsaw Development LLC, which is a proposal to subdivide 7.15 acres into 22 lots. The property is located at Nuthatch Dr. & Lindenwood Ave. The hearing has been set for Monday, June 08, 2015 at 7 PM in the Council Chambers, at City Hall located at 102 S Buffalo St, Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the proposal. The petition and file include a legal description of the property and drawings showing the layout or proposed lots and streets.
