Warsaw Plan Commission Monday approved a preliminary and final plat. The commission approved preliminary and final plat requests from applicant Richard Ridderman. Two new lots will be created west of Country Club Road. The commission also approved sending a favorable recommendation to Warsaw City Council for the comprehensive plan East Market Street Sub Area and bike and pedestrian plan map.
