PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES REGARDING PUBLIC HEARING TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE PLAIN TOWNSHIP ADVISORY BOARD At the April 11, 2011 meeting of the Plain Township Advisory Board (the "Board"), the Board will hold a public hearing beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Plain Township Building, 34 E. Armstrong Road, Leesburg, Indiana, in order to (i) receive public input on the sale of a portion of certain real property currently owned by Plain Township and consisting of that real property which includes Tax Parcel No. 022-716000-90; also being State Parcel No. 43-07-08-100-213.000-018 whIch is located at the Southeast corner at Pearl Street and Church Street in Leesburg, Indiana, and Is more particularly described below; (ii) allow interested persons an opportunity to be heard regarding this matter; (iii) allow the Board to gather the information it deems necessary in order to be able to make a decision regarding the sale of the property; and (iv) conduct any other lawful business connected or related to the above. The legal description of said property Is: Commencing at 8 point Seventy-five (75) feet South of the Southwest corner of lot One Hundred Eighteen (118) in Blain's Second Addition to the Town of Leesburg, and running thence South Seventy-five (75) feet; thence East One Hundred Nlnety-elght (198) feet; thence North Seventy-five (75) feet; thence West One Hundred Ninety-eight (198) feet to the Place of Beginning. The said described property being the same property as heretofore described in a deed from the Wabash Paper Company to the Unuted Box Board & Paper Company bearing the date of the 26th day of February 1907 and recorded on the 28th day of March 1907 at 3:00 P.M. in Deed Record #97 page 492 of the records of said county. m30
