NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given that PKC HOLDINGS, INC. (the “Corporation”), a corporation organized pursuant to the Indiana Business Corporation Law, with its principal place of business in Warsaw, Indiana, has been voluntarily dissolved under and pursuant to Resolutions of its Directors and Shareholders, in accordance with Indiana Code §23-1-45, et seq.
