Susan Grill, owner of Susan Grill Interior Designs, began selling hand-made pillows at Village events to benefit the Winona Lake Limitless Park. ‘Pillows for the Park’ has raised over $3,000 in conjunction with a matching grant from the Dane and Mary Louise Miller Foundation. Additionally, David and Cynthia Illingworth of Winona Lake proposed a pillow sales dollar-for-dollar match of up to $500 during the recent Village at Winona Canal Days. ‘Pillows for the Park’ will be on sale during the upcoming Winona Lake Fall Festival Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Auditorium Boulevard in the Village. Sponsored by the Village at Winona and Winona Lake Parks Department, the Fall Festival will feature hayrides, pumpkin carving, live music, bobbing for apples and other family activities.
