PIERCETON - The Pierceton Woods Academy passed a state licensing inspection conducted by the Indiana Department of Child Services. The two-day inspection was completed Feb. 5 and 6 and marked the sixth month anniversary of the opening of the new facility. Pierceton Woods Academy is licensed as a 48-bed child care institution serving boys 8 years old and older.
