NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY BEFORE THE PIERCETON TOWN COUNCIL IN RE THE PETITION OF NORMA JEAN WOOD TO VACATE PUBLIC WAY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Norma Jean Wood, as Petitioner, has filed a verified Petition with the Town of Pierceton seeking the vacation of a public way, which Petition has been set for hearing before the Pierceton Town Council on the 14TH DAY OF MARCH, 2016, AT 6:30 o'clock p.m. The hearing will be held at 105 Walnut Street, Pierceton, Indiana 46562. The public road for which vacation is sought is situated in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, in the Town of Pierceton and is more particularly described as follows: The public way platted which is part of Tenth Street (platted as Western Avenue) which runs north to south between Lots 76-81 and 82-89 of Fairview Addition to the Town of Pierceton. ANY PERSON desiring to be heard may file objections or comments with the Clerk of Town of Pierceton at 105 Walnut Street, Pierceton, Indiana 46562, and any person may appear at said hearing and be heard in support or objection of the Petition filed herein. The hearing may be continued by the Pierceton Town Council without further public notice.
